Please note:
- 2025-26 session starts September 2, 2025 and ends June 13, 2025.
- Most classes are IN-PERSON in both Herndon and Chantilly locations. ONLINE classes are offered for some levels.
- No classes during winter break (2 weeks – Dec 21, 2025 – Jan 4, 2026) and Spring break (1 week – Mar 30 – Apr 3) – No makeup classes are offered as fee excludes these breaks.
- No classes on the Thanksgiving Day (Nov 27) and Memorial Day weekend (May 25) – Makeup classes are offered.
- Parents can enroll their students online at mybrightnup.com/enroll-online.
- 2. Payment through Zelle to 7035073074 (BrightNup LLC) can be used during enrollment. The payment using PayPal will have a 3% fee.
- Payment Frequency – 3 installments, 2 installments (3% discount), and Full (5% discount).
- ONLINE classes will be conducted through Zoom and Google Classroom. Zoom links and Google Classroom will be provided before the first class.
- All individuals (students and parents) can optionally wear a mask for the entire duration of time indoors.
- Parents will be advised to wait outside the academy during drop-off and pickup unless it is required to come inside.

- Parents can collect the materials for classes once a month for the entire month. The weekly materials will also be posted in the Google Classroom.
- Students are required to validate their answers with the key provided and then submit the work in Google Classroom for grading.
- Recording of the class will be available for a week for students to review and catchup.
- Students will be required to have their video ON during the entire class time.
- Students will get a printed classwork/homework packet ever week. All homework must be completed before the next class.
- Answer key/solution of the entire weekly packets will be posted every week on Google Drive and the link will be shared with parents.
- Parents/students are highly encouraged to validate/tally their homework against the given answer key so that students are very aware of their mistakes/doubts that they will clarify with the teachers in the next class.
- Teachers will spend at least 15-20 minutes of the weekly class to go over students’ doubts on the previous week’s homework. Teacher will check homework every week.
